Payment
In our online store, payment is secured safely through the payment methods offered by Shopify. The most common payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other popular payment options are available.

Delivery and shipping costs

Delivery costs of the selected delivery method are always added to the purchase of the shopping cart. We deliver the order by the delivery method of your choice.
Delivery time
Product delivery times may be reported in the product information. We always strive to deliver all orders as soon as possible, but delivery time may vary by product or by delivery. Possible delivery times will be announced separately on the online store website.
Cancellation
Products ordered from the online store have a 14 -day withdrawal of 14 days from the order date, unless otherwise stated in the product information.
Before canceling the order, the customer must contact our customer service and notify the cancellation and the upcoming product return. It is possible to return the order for all products or only some of the products. Returned products should be unused, in original packaging and flawless. The customer pays the costs of the refund.
The seller has the right to partially lower the value of the product, if the products have been used, there are errors, the original packaging is drowned or the products are not otherwise in the condition where they are sold to the customer.
The fee is refunded in the same way as the order is paid. For example, when paying on a card, the amount of the return is credited to the card. If this fails, another way to return the payment will be agreed.
